Zinsser® Mold Killing Primer is a water-based, EPA-registered fungicidal protective coating that paints over and kills existing mold, mildew, moss, fungi, odor-causing bacteria, and other fungal organisms. It contains an EPA-registered antimicrobial that helps prevent the growth of mold, mildew, and other microbes on the painted surface. It also aids in covering residual microbiological and fungal stains.

This primer is suitable for use on non-porous interior and exterior surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Recommended for use in factories, warehouses, storage areas, offices, schools, hospitals, veterinary and elderly care facilities, correctional institutions, restaurants, gyms, basements, attics, bathrooms, and more. It can be used on wall cavities, baseboards, subfloors, and tabletops.

Mold Killing Primer works with any topcoat and performs best when paired with Zinsser PERMA-WHITE®. Not recommended for new or unpainted aluminum, metal, or vinyl siding.
