At the SCG Khao Wong Cement Plant, a comprehensive protective coating solution was implemented using Rust-Oleum 9300, 9100, heat-resistant coatings, and industrial enamel. These products were applied to equipment, structural steel, and various process pipelines to withstand the plant’s demanding operating conditions and exposure to high heat and corrosion.

In addition, DynoPro P2200, DynoPro Enamel, and Dyno Epoxy systems were used for heat-exposed machinery and for routine maintenance (TPM) throughout the facility. This dual-system approach ensured long-term durability, minimized equipment downtime, and supported SCG’s high standards in industrial performance and plant upkeep.
