DENSO™ GLASS OUTERWRAP UV is a fiberglass-reinforced, moisture-cured polyurethane (MCPU) composite outerwrap, designed to provide mechanical protection and UV resistance for corrosion prevention systems such as DENSO petrolatum tapes and mastics. It forms a durable, impact-resistant, and chemically inert outer shell, making it ideal for above-ground, splash zone, and aggressive outdoor environments.

The product is supplied as a pre-impregnated, ready-to-apply composite wrap that requires no mixing. Once applied, it rapidly cures to form a rigid, weatherproof laminate, extending the service life of the underlying corrosion protection layer. Its UV-stable formulation prevents degradation from prolonged sun exposure, making it especially effective in pipeline and structural steel applications exposed to the elements.
